Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate transactions.
  
  
• Technical/payment errors.
  
  
• Permanent cancellation of the Project before filming begins (partial refunds may be considered depending on funds already spent).
  
  

Procedure

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction.
  
  
• Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

No Obligation Beyond Exceptions

No refunds will be issued once contributions have been allocated toward production expenses.

No Guarantee of Completion

Contributors acknowledge that filmmaking carries inherent risks. While the team will make every effort to complete the Project, no guarantee is made regarding timelines, completion, or distribution.

No Financial Return

Contributions do not represent investments. Contributors will not receive financial returns, profit-sharing, or ownership rights.

No Warranty

The Website is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, uninterrupted access, or delivery of rewards.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Website use or campaign participation.

Third-Party Services

The Website may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for their practices or policies.

Assumption of Risk

By contributing, you accept the risks inherent in independent film production and crowdfunding, including potential delays, modifications, or cancellation.
